At times it might be necessary or you may prefer to delete all the settings on your Nintendo DS Lite. If you’ve had your DS for a while you might just want to freshen up and start from new or you may want to sell it and therefore it become’s necessary or preferable to clear all the settings.

Firstly, if you remove the battery most of your settings will be automatically lost, although the language and WFC ID will remain.To remove the WFC ID you will require a size 0 screwdriver and then you can clear your connection settings.

If you only want to clear game settings you can delete the .SAV files and all game files will be gone and you can re-start playing your game again from scratch.
